The spacious kitchen-cum living room of 30 square metres offers enough space for families and the wooden-stove creates a cozy atmosphere! Even in winter, the house is within easy reach, parking facilities next to the house. This place is perfect for 6 people or two families. Walking tracks and attractive mountainbike trails nearby. Free entrance to the bathing-lake Lungötz (within 3 km), cross-country tracks next to the house. Pets EUR 10,00 per day, excl. gas and local tax, incl. water, bedlinen, tablecloth and towels.
