Important in times of Corona: Only one flat is being let and the guests are alone in the house. Our holiday house is situated in the part Zirkitzen of Bad Kleinkirchheim, 1250 m high, on a sunny and quiet slope. It is an ideal place for individualists who want to be undisturbed as only one flat is being let, for nature lovers who can set off for walks into the marvellous Nockberge right from our doorstep, for children who will find a  swing, table tennis and a lot of space. The Roman thermal bath, long-distance slope, the kaiserburgbahnen and the shops can be reached by car within 5-8 minutes The flat comprises an area of 70 m2 ( plus 25 m2 balcony to the east and the south)and is suitable for 2 to 6 persons. There are two bedrooms for two persons each, one living room with a couch for 2 persons and a cosy tilted stove, a small, but very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge with freezing compartment, 4-places stove, bath with tube and washing machine, WC extra, colour-SAT-TV, radio with CD and DVD player, garage. On the westside of the house there is a little terrace with benches and the possibility for barbecue.
