The ski resort of Astun is situated in the beautiful Aragon valley and is one of Spain’s major winter resorts. The 42km of downhill skiing between 1700 and 2300 metres altitude is set in some of the Pyrenees most stunning scenery. An excellent choice for intermediates and above the resort is dominated by 22 reds and 9 blacks out of the 48 pistes and is often the venue for national competitions. Beginners are not forgotten however and significant improvements have been made to the learner slopes recently. A fine snowpark, ski jump and children’s snow garden complete the winter fun.
