This beautiful flat is located in the middle of the lovely nature of Mauterndorf, in the sunny region of Lungau and close to the forest.
The flat is decorated very tastefully and the open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking together. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to seven guests and there is a television in each room. Enjoy a sunny brunch on the covered south-facing terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Parking is possible in the private carport and on the parking in front of the building. The apartment is located on the south-west, on the 2nd floor.

Numerous cosy restaurants, bakeries and nice shops are only 150 m from the accommodation. Local supermarkets are 500 m away and the golf course is only a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. Ski resorts Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also very close by (10 minutes). The ski buses for all ski areas stop right outside the door! Salzburg airport is 120 km away.
In the summer, you can go mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, playing tennis, cycling along the Murradwanderweg, racing bikes, motorcycling, going to different pools or letting yourself get carried away by the air at the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can play at the Lungau Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole golf course just 8 km away. Golfing between the mountains is a special experience! In the period from 1 June to 31 October you will receive the Lungaucard for free!
