The apartment has a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and open-plan living room. From this space there is direct access to the terace with a view of the sea and the entire bay.

The Malin Hotel and the centre of Malinska can be reached in a pleasant 15 minute walk or in just 2 minutes by car. As part of the facility, guests are provided with parking. The outer space has a grill, also for shared use.

From this space there is direct access to the balcony with a view of the sea and the entire bay.
