We warmly welcome you to the wonderful mountain world of the Stubai Alps that always offers you the ideal starting point for your summer as well as for your winter holidays.

Our Egger guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area at the heart of Neustift’s Milders in the beautiful Stubaital. The ideal place for hiking, skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and much more. Thanks to the central location of our guesthouse, the bus station, a supermarket, sports as well as ski rental shops and restaurants are all only a few minutes away on foot. The centre of Neustift is only 2 km away.

Enjoy skiing on the Stubaier Glacier, at the Elferlift resort in Neustift, the Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes or at the Serlesbahnen in Mieders. Winter in the Stubaital also offers numerous toboggan runs, illuminated night runs, beautiful traditional lodges, a cross-country skiing trail that runs right past the house (illuminated at night), as well as ice skating and ice climbing possibilities.

Enjoyable summer holidays here with us in the Stubaital undoubtedly feature mountaineering and hiking, cycling and mountain biking, single and tandem paragliding, as well as swimming and climbing activities.

What could top waking up and starting the day in an apartment called Gletscherblick? Our 75m² Gletscherblick apartment offers everything guests desire. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, kettle, radio and TV. Crockery is sufficiently available. In addition to that, the apartment comes with two balconies, 2 separate bedrooms as well as with a shower and WC.

Our Egger guesthouse even has another apartment on offer. The Brennerspitz apartment extends across 70m² and its kitchen is also equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, kettle, crockery, radio and television. From the balcony, you have a perfect view of the Stubai Mountains.

Our apartments are ideal for families as well as for couples and recreation seekers; even for people snoring - not least thanks to the two separate bedrooms.

During your stay, you can use our boot dryer and the steam bath as well as the infrared cabin. After an active day on the pistes or an exciting day in the Stubai Mountains in the summer, you can relax in the steam bath - what more could you ask for.
