The Kulmer guesthouse is picturesquely nestled in the centre. Various inns, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity provide for your physical well-being. Supermarkets, a bakery, other shops, doctors and a pharmacy are also within walking distance. The valley station of the Salven cable car is also only a 5-minute walk away from our house. From here you can reach the mountain world of the skiing and hiking region Wilder Kaiser - Brixental with approx. 280 interconnected kilometres of slopes and extensive hiking possibilities without further ado. We are also perfectly accessible for train travellers, so that you can completely do without your car. In winter, you can use our in-house ski cellar or a ski depot at the valley station.

And if you want to be served once - you are on holiday after all - we recommend a visit to our SUNNSEIT HÜTTE. Our hut is located at the valley slope of Hopfgarten or about 3 KM on foot from the valley station of the Salvenbahn 1 in Hopfgarten! In winter we spoil you daily with culinary delights, traditional and special drinks, as well as apre ski until sunset. In summer there is a barbecue every Friday at our Sunnseit hut. On request, of course, also for larger groups on another day! Simply end a wonderful summer day with us on the sun terrace with good food and drink!
