The newly decorated apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons, and it is located in a southern part of Poreč called - Novo Naselje. The apartment has a covered terrace equipped with a seating furniture. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own yard with a private parking space. Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 800 away from the city center and just 400 m from the Adriatic Sea, reacheable by foot. It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protect against extreme heat. There is a large supermarket called Billa in this area.
